Many companies will not ship body butter during the summer months, however, Bernies Butta will still ship items. It is our top product and we wouldn't reach our #BERNIESBUTTA without having this product available. Be sure to place your butters in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes and then enjoy. This only has to be done once if you notice they have melted. If melted, it could seem to decrease the volume in the jar but trust all is there (keep in mind previously it was whipped and doing transit this can happen)

Products will ONLY be shipped on a day that ensures the shortest travel time to you. This applies to summer months. SHIPPING IS ALWAYS 3-7 business days, and we will ALWAYS ship in order (at times packages ship quicker). We have studied the shipping timeframes and have decided it is best to ship items Monday thru Thursdays (one to three-day shipping. What does this mean? See below: We are closed on Mondays but when we have a large volume of orders, we will ship on our off days to make sure ALL CUSTOMERS RECEIVE their items in 7-14 business days.

Shipping is done Monday thru Thursday to avoid the wait time and items sitting in the storeroom all weekend. However, we do still ship on Fridays depending on the time of day.

Shipping Insights:

We take pride in packaging and making sure your items are still in a whipped formula when you receive your order. We can not control what happens once Canada Post delivers your item. Any mailbox or front porch can get extremely hot. Please be sure to have your items delivered to an address where someone can pick up your package.

At this present time – Bernies Butta is only shipping within Canada.

Bernies Butta strives to ship orders the next day, however, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This excludes weekends & holidays.
